The project consists of a Type III Hydrant Fueling System that replaced an old Pritchard and Phillips Systems. It includes a 2400 gpm pump house, two-10MBBL above ground operating storage tanks with impermeable dikes and basins connected to existing 10” fuel transfer line and to 6” fuel pipeline; back-up power; truck full stands; fuel distribution piping; a leak detection system; a recovery system; demolition of three pump houses and pavements; and all necessary site and environmental support.
