Virginia Beach- Mid Eastern Builders (MEB) held a ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 for the Metroplex One office building. Metroplex One is a two story, 35,000 SF, multi-tenant facility located at the intersection of Regent University Drive and Midtowne Way on the campus of the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN). Completion is expected by October of this year and future tenants will include the American Center for Law and Justice, Trinity Broadcasting Network, and Regent University’s School of Global Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

Future phases of the Metroplex development will include (2) additional buildings totaling 140,000 SF. Situated adjacent to the Amerigroup campus, Metroplex is another step in the future mixed use development of nearly 500 acres of CBN land.
